Purchase and Shipping Policy
General points customers should understand before approving a vehicle purchase.
Last updated: July 2026
Quotes and approval
Vehicle and shipping estimates are based on information available at the time and remain subject to availability, auction results, exchange rates, fees and carrier charges. Final commercial terms, payment schedule and included services must be confirmed in writing before a bid or purchase.
Auction and vehicle condition
Auction vehicles are generally sold as presented by the seller and may contain hidden, mechanical, electrical, structural, water or previous repair issues. Photos and listing notes may be incomplete. Customers should review the available title, history, damage and inspection information before giving approval.
Payments and cancellation
Required deposits and payment deadlines will be stated in the applicable quote or agreement. Auction purchases are normally final once a bid wins or a seller accepts an offer. Cancellation after approval may not be possible and may result in auction, storage, relisting, transport or administrative charges.
Shipping and timing
Shipping dates and arrival times are estimates, not guarantees. Inland transport, port congestion, customs, weather, carrier schedules, transshipment and documentation can cause delays. Tracking information is supplied by the relevant carrier.
Destination charges and compliance
Unless the written quote states otherwise, destination customs duties, taxes, registration, inspection, port charges, storage and local delivery are not included. The buyer is responsible for confirming that the vehicle can legally be imported, repaired, registered and used in the destination country.
Written agreement controls
This page provides general guidance. If a signed quotation, invoice or service agreement contains different terms, that written document controls the specific transaction.
